Thursday, February 13th, the Boys Varsity Basketball team withstood a scrappy performance from the visiting Waterford Kettering Captains, defeating the LVC foe, 49-44.
Nsikan Usen led the Eagles with 17 points, while Ethan Rowley added 14 points. Nathan Bronka contributed 7 points, and Gavin Johns impacted the game with his defense and energy.
The Eagles move to 9-7 in the LVC, 12-9 overall. Lakeland hits the court again next Thursday, February 20th, when they'll travel to Clarkston.
