Monday, January 20th, the Boys Varsity Basketball team played in the MLK showcase at Birmingham Groves against Detroit Henry Ford. It was a competitive game to the very end, with Henry Ford scoring on its last possession to win the game, 38-36. Nsikan Usen led the way with 26 pts and 12 rebounds. Chandler Good brought great energy off the bench.
The loss moves Lakeland's record on the season to 7-6.
