Last Friday, the Boys Varsity Basketball team picked up the win in a very physical game at Walled Lake Western, defeating the Warriors, 56-44.

 Andrew Turnquist led the balanced attack with 17 points, Chey Whitney added 11 points and 6 rebounds, Caleb Zurek 10 points and 7 rebounds and Caiden Carlson stuffed that stat sheet with 10 points 6 rebounds 5 assists and 4 steals.  Nsikan Usen came off the bench to provide a much needed spark early on. 

Lakeland improves to 9-1 overall and 6-1 in the LVC.  The Eagles travel to Waterford Mott on 1/25 for a triple header starting at 4 with the freshman, 5:30 for JV and 7 PM for Varsity.
