Saturday, the Boys Track team finished 6th out of 9 teams at the Lakes Valley Conference Track & Field Championship Meet held at Waterford Kettering.

The Eagles had three athletes earn All-Conference honors by finishing in the top three of their events.

Senior Harrison Grzymkowski finished 2nd in the 1600m run, losing by just 3 hundreths of a second at the wire (4:20.06).

Senior David Vella finished 2nd in the high jump at 6' 3".

Senior Brady Detter finished 2nd in the pole vault, clearing the bar at the 13' 6" height to do so.

Among the other Lakeland athletes to earn points for the day were Tyler Mann (1600m), Devin Pawlowicz (400m), Adam Vella and Colby Cutsinger (110m hurdles), Alex Lipp and Kiree Kailimai (300m hurdles), the 4x200m relay team, the 4x400m relay team, the 4x800m relay team, Ryan Veres (discus), and Collin Baert (high jump).
