Hockey team volunteers time for the Miracle League

Recently, 11 members of the Varsity Hockey team, joined by Coach Ronayne and Coach McElwee, volunteered for the Miracle League, an organization that creates athletic opportunities for developmentally and physically-challenged children. The Eagles were very engaged participants, creating an unforgettable experience for the Miracle on Ice individuals.
The team received great feedback from the organization and parents highlighting the positive impact they had. The attached photo is just one example of the messages sent to Lakeland's program, in this case, applauding junior Zane Austin's involvement
