Invitation to support Luke Jaworski's cancer battle
Lakeland Athletics community: an opportunity to support one of our own.
Luke Jaworski was a 4 year Lakeland varsity wrestler, 3 time state championship qualifier and finished 7th at the state finals in 2021. He graduated from Lakeland HS in 2022 and began wrestling at Cornerstone University last fall. He is now facing the hardest match of his life. On Christmas Day 2022, he went to the hospital with flu like symptoms and a headache. After testing, he received the news that he has a 3 cm cancerous brain tumor.
