Friday, the Boys Varsity Golf team won the Lapeer Tune-up tournament played at Metamora Country Club. Lakeland shot 320 for the 18-hole event, 8 strokes better than the runner-up.

McCoy Biagioli shot a 71 to finish as the individual champion of the event. Kyle Baker shot a 79 to finish 6th overall.
