On Tuesday 4/22, the Boys Volleyball team was away at Walled Lake Central to face the Vikings and the Captains from Waterford Kettering. The Eagles had a scare in the first match against WLC. The Vikings came out with a game one victory beating the sleeping Eagles 25-20. Game two was a must win to keep the conference trophy within reach. The Eagles found their rhythm winning game two decisively 25-15. Forcing a quick game three was all the Eagles could do. The match was in Lakeland's hands with a 15-11 game three victory. The Eagles were led by Zach Dobrin, Jacob Dobrin, Fisher Demarest and Tyler Buback. Gabe Scott came in at a key time to find a kill and some clutch serves!
The second match against the Captains was more of what the Eagles were used to. A decisive win against the first year Kettering team was expected in the fourth meeting between the two teams (25-9, 25-18). Kalen Scott got time setting. He connected with Mark Choma who tallied some kills.
