Thursday, the Girls Varsity Soccer team overwhelmed Ferndale, defeating the visiting team 14-0.

After twenty one seconds of play the Eagles claimed their first goal. Alison Christmas (11) and Ella Drap (9) both claimed hat tricks for the evening, followed by Karissa Welch (11) and Nicole Marcelli (9) each with 2. Sarah Bucki (12) after several looks earned a goal as well as 2 assists, while Reagan Lukes (10) earned a goal and an assist. Defenders Molly Marino (9), and Peyton Collick (11) got in on the action scoring a goal each. Game was called a win for Lakeland at the half. The shut-out goes to senior goalie Lucia Serrano Blazquez.
