Boys Varsity Track & Field places 8th at Barnyard Invitational

Friday, April 24th, the Boys Track & Field team traveled to Romeo High School to compete in the Barnyard Invitational. We had a HUGE day with PRs and we scored very high in the whole meet with some high placements and medals. The Eagles placed 8th with 39.5 points.

Andrew Neumann Barnyard shot put champion 55'8 medaled

Also, for the 4th year in a row, Andre Neumann punched his ticket to the State Meet in discus and shot put. Andre will be heading back to the D1 track and field state finals May 30th.
Overall combined score was 123.5 and Lakeland Track & Field placed 4th overall out of the whole meet with 55 plus schools in attendance.
