Friday, the Varsity Baseball team opened up a 3-game set with Milford, defeating the Mavericks in Game 1, 12-1.
Tate Farquhar earned the win on the mound going 5 2/3 innings striking out 6 while only walking one and had 0 earned runs. Brandon Abray had four hits and Joey Swartz had three hits to lead the attack offensively.
