Boys Varsity Baseball defeats South Lyon East, 8-1

Wednesday, the Varsity Baseball team returned to the field after a couple nasty days of weather, beating South Lyon East by a score of 8-1.
Caden Glennie picked up the win on the mound throwing 5 innings only giving up one run. Brandon Lengers earned the save tossing two scoreless innings. Matthew Hanneman, Nolan Hull and Trey Rowley each had two hits including doubles. Andrew Platt added a hit, and Tate Farquhar rounded out the scoring with a two out triple, plating two runs in the 6th inning.
The game moves the Eagles record to 4 - 4 overall and 4 - 1 in the LVC. They next take the field Thursday, April 21st when they travel to Spring Arbor University and take on Saline.
