Thursday, September 11th, the Girls Freshman Volleyball team swept all three games against Waterford Kettering. Their serving was a huge highlight, keeping the pressure on the other side and earning plenty of points. Lakeland hitters were swinging hard while making smart decisions, hitting their spots, and pushing balls deep into the corners to keep the defense on its heels. Most importantly, the girls played together as a team—supporting each other, communicating well, and proving how much they’ve grown already this season. A great team win all around! The girls are now 2-0 for their league matches looking forward to continuing the streak at their Lake Orion Tournament this Saturday.
