Huron Valley United Girls Gymnastics team finishes 8th at the Jeanne Caruss Memorial Invitational

Saturday, the Huron Valley United Gymnastics team hosted the 9th Annual Jeanne Caruss Memorial Invitational, the biggest high school meet in the state. There were 20 teams competing at the meet, and HVU placed 8th.
IA senior Maeve Spicer had an amazing day. She placed 2nd on vault with a 9.05, 2nd on bars with a 9.125, 5th on floor with a 9.125 and 5th all around. Milford senior, Erika Yates plaed 4th on floor and 10th all around. Miford junior, Megan Sclabassi placed 9th on bars. Lakeland Junior, Elena Hale placed 7th on floor and Lakeland Junior, Ava Barwikowski placed 10th all around. The girls had an awesome time competing at this fun meet!
