Girls Varsity Golf competes in Northstar Bank Tournament; senior Lexie Martin fires a 98 to earn Team Medalist honors

Today, Lakeland had several golfers compete in the Northstar Bank Golf Tournament.
The highlight of the day was senior Lexie Martin's new personal best 18-hole score of 98, which also secured her spot as the Team Medalist for the event. Junior Abby Deloney also fired a new low 18-hole score, carding a 107. Junior Gretchen Ullrich shot a 109.
Two players had to withdraw from competition, so Lakeland was unable to post an official team score for the event (need 4 golfers).
Still, a successful day for a few of our golfers.
