Girls Varsity Cross Country finishes 7th at LVC Championship Meet; Aria Novello and Mia McDonald earn All-LVC honors

This past Saturday, the Girls Cross Country team competed in the Lakes Valley Conference Meet, finishing 7th overall. Two runners earned ALL-CONFERENCE honors: senior Aria Novello (13th in 20:18) and sophomore Mia McDonald (18th in 20:20). These two were in the middle of an exciting finish in which only 5 seconds separated the 9th-18th finishers.
Other great runs for Lakeland included Ava Walsh (32nd), Molly Libby (34th), Annabelle Mowers (36th), and Trinity Mann (42nd).
The ladies compete in the MHSAA pre-regional this Friday.
