Boys Junior Varsity Soccer team falls to South Lyon, 2-1; Owen Willis scores first goal on the new turf field

Wednesday, the Boys JV Soccer team hosted South Lyon, the first athletic competition on the newly refurbished turf athletic field. Although the Eagles notched the first goal on the new field, it was the Lions who ultimately prevailed, 2-1.
All the scoring came in the first half. Sophomore Owen Willis scored the first goal around the 10 minute mark. South Lyon responded with two goals before halftime. The 2-1 score would remain until the end of the game.
