This past weekend, the Huron Valley United Boys Swim & Dive team competed in the Fenton Relays to open up its 2019-2020 season. The swimmers and divers had a good day, as the team finished in 3rd place, taking home a trophy for the first time in program history. In total, the team earned 26 medals, including 12 silver and 8 bronze.
Lakeland seniors Parker Crutchman, Austin Kolb, Maksym Rozhko, Peyton Triplette, and Xavier Lomnicki were among the Eagles who contributed to the scoring in the swimming relay events. Sophomore Jack Vitick was the Lakeland student who contributed to a 4th place finish in diving.
Novi took first with 426 points, Brighton was second with 344 points, and the Huron Valley United team finished 3rd with 310 points.
