The Lakeland Eagles Varsity Hockey Team took on Ann Arbor Skyline Saturday night, losing by a final score of 6-3.
Nick Hrobsky, Cameron Slicker, and Ben Getzen each had a goal with Alex Libby picking up an assist. Freshman Goalie Jason Slicker made some remarkable saves keeping his team in the game and Lakeland lead after the first period. Fifteen minutes in penalties ultimately was too much to overcome. Final shots were 26 for Lakeland and 31 for Ann Arbor Skyline.
Next up, the Eagles will take on Huron Valley rival Milford Monday night at The Hartland Sports Center at 7 pm. Come cheer on the boys!
