Boys Varsity Football defeats Walled Lake Central, earns automatic bid to the MHSAA State Playoffs

WALLED LAKE CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL: 6

Last night, the Varsity Football team defeated Walled Lake Central, 39-6. By improving its record to 6-2 on the season, the team has automatically qualified for the MHSAA State Playoffs.

But, the Eagles still have a huge regular-season game coming up at home next week versus Milford. In addition to the fireworks sure to be witnessed on the field, Lakeland High School and its extensive group of community supporters will be sponsoring a post-game fireworks show.
