Yesterday, the program was back in action after the holiday lay-off, competing in a 9-hole event against Hartland at Hartland Glen. Specifically, the Varsity B Team and JV Team competed .
In the Varsity B match, sophomore Lexie Martin was the medalist for Lakeland with a 54. Junior Kate Norek shot 56, senior Morgan Main shot 57, and senior Faith Conrad 58. Seniors Lauren Sullivan (58) and Chloe Warner (62) also competed. The outcome was a 179-225 victory for Hartland.
In the JV match, junior Mackenzie Kotsonas shot a personal best 46 to earn Medalist honors. Senior Chloe Lynch posted a 60, freshman Gretchen Ullrich a 63 (personal best), and sophomores Maddie Broe shot a 66 to secure a 232-302 victory for Lakeland. Sophomore Kathryn Tooman 75 and senior Mackenzie Moore with 75 also competed for Lakeland.
