The Girls Golf team kicked off the 2018-2019 competitive season today by competing in an 18-hole tournament at Hudson Mills Metropark.
The Eagles finished in a tie for 9th place out of 18 teams, posting a 4-person score of 391 for the event.
Medalist honors for the day went to junior Bella Shaw who posted a 91 for the round. Freshman Bryn Dubin began her high school career with a 97, a solid score for her first varsity event. Senior Morgan Jantz (100) and sophomore Sophia Shaw (104) also contributed scores. Senior Malina Gallmeyer was the 5th golfer, posting a 107 for the day.
The program will send out a group of golfers to two different locations tomorrow: an 18-hole event and a 9-hole LVC match.
