Lakeland fans, what did you do on your Spring Break? Well, senior Kate Hanneman traveled to Colorado to defend her title at the National Championship Snowboard Cross event held at Copper Mountain in Colorado. And how did she do? Kate was victorious again.
Kate finishes her high school snowboard cross career as the 2026 Michigan Individual State Champion and a 2-time National Champion.
